From start to finish, I found Marcin to be highly professional, trustworthy, responsive and committed to doing great work. He is also an excellent manager, well liked and respected by his team and associates. He has put together a highly competent, professional and friendly team of builders, carpenters, plumbers, electricians and other workmen who together can tackle entire projects successfully. They work tirelessly to ensure seamless delivery of high quality work and make every possible effort to ensure every problem is solved, no matter how challenging. They are consistent, reliable and very committed. Best Regards, Tatiana Kalfa - private customer We had to completely renovate a dilapidated two bedroom apartment in central London; this included a total redesign of the flat. Bathrooms had to be moved, walls knocked down, RSJ’s fitted, new kitchen installed, door ways altered and complete redecoration, including new wooden floors. The builders started on the given date, full days were worked and there were no fewer than 3 men working at any given time. The builders were courteous and hard working. Marcin was in charge and was an excellent manager. When changes were required options were discussed and the best solution found. The building works were completed on schedule (1 week over run was due to a hold up on my part) and the building works came in at under budget. The work carried out was to a very high standard and it is not often that you see workmen take so much pride in what they do and ensuring that no detail is overlooked. The Carpenter helped design and built the bespoke fitted wardrobes. We also had the opportunity to select and order directly from the wholesalers items such as Kitchen Units and Appliances, fireplace, internal doors, bathroom furniture marble tiles and electrical fittings etc. we saved significantly on these items as other builders can charge a high premium to supply these fittings. I would be more than happy to give Marcin and his team another contract in the future if I need to renovate another flat as I have not met this kind of dedication and commitment from any other workmen I have employed in the past.
